The last phase of therapy emphasizes more advanced techniques to help you become stronger and balanced and confidently use both sides of your body from head to toe.  It integrates higher level functional training based on your specific goals.  If you are an athlete with specific goals this phase  provides advanced activities to challenge your body specific to your sport. If your goal is to work with a personal trainer, this phase prepares you to safely and confidently begin your path to wellness and fitness.
